We aim to improve the health and wellbeing of Rockingham County residents by cultivating interagency relationships and centering community voice to create sustainable, data informed solutions for improving health outcomes today and into the future.

Who We Are

We are not just the face of the community, RCHC is the community. The Rockingham County Health Collaborative is made up of more than 60 plus organizations. They include people like you, your next-door neighbor, your pastor or clergy and countless other community, business, faith-based, non-profit or Health Care institutions.

Through a collective impact approach and a commitment to addressing systemic community challenges of health and healthcare, we pledge to do so by working with community members and within the communities they come from.

We like to say that “It’s not hard. . . but it is necessary” to make sure that our community has what it needs to achieve optimal health.
